I’d like to present to you a very special breed from Russia – the Bolonka Zwetna. Russia doesn’t have much of a tradition for toy dogs. In fact only two breeds come to mind, the Russian Toy Terrier and the Bolonka Zwetna, whose pet name is ‘Zwetnuschka’. The country has a large variety of working dogs and hunting dogs, but toy dogs are a rarity. They make up for this, however, by being really special!
The Bolonka is a unique subspecies of the Bichon. Every aspect of it is attractive, from the tip of its nose to the end of its tail!
You are invited to get to know us and this wonderful breed a little better.
Our five-person family shares a house with our Golden Retrievers, Bolonka Zwetnas, three cats and some miniature rabbits. Both breeds, the Golden Retriever and the Bolonka Zwetna are ideal family dogs and adapt to family life in a fast and uncomplicated way. They are friends, playmates, comforters, watchdogs or leisure-time companions and a great deal more – in fact a real member of the family.
And a friend for life!
All our dogs share our home with us and are in constant contact with children – in other words they are socially well adjusted! At our own dog training facility we offer courses for puppies and young dogs from all breeds, whatever the size, together with other canine sporting activities.
